- Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended, especially for larger or multi-head configurations.
- For multi-head configurations, ensure your ceiling junction box and wiring can support the combined fixture weight.
- Cable hang height adjusts to 59" (150 cm). Custom extensions available on request.
- Dimmable version requires a Triac dimmer switch — standard dimmers will not work.
- For indoor use only. Not suitable for bathrooms or any damp/wet locations.
What sizes are available?
Eight single sizes: ∅15.7", 19.7", 23.6", 27.6", 31.4", 35.4", 39.3", and 47.2". Plus 2-head, 3-head, and 5-head multi-pendant configurations. See the full size table above.
Is the TENSE dimmable?
Yes — select the dimmable version at checkout. A Triac (Thyristor) dimmer switch is required. Standard rotary dimmers are not compatible and may cause flickering.
What is the shade material?
Mulberry Silk — a lightweight, paper-like material that is flexible, durable, and 100% recyclable. Its flexibility is what allows the slim metal frame to shape the cloud-like silhouette of the TENSE.
What color temperatures are available?
Warm White (3000K), Neutral White (4000K), and Cool White (6000K). Select at checkout.
Can the hang height be adjusted?
Yes. A 59" (150 cm) cable is included. Custom extensions are available on request for high-ceiling installations.

Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
If customs or the carrier requests additional information for clearance, the customer may need to cooperate by providing the required documentation or confirmation.
Address and delivery issues
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering.
If there is a delivery issue caused by an incomplete address, incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to cooperate with the carrier, or failure to collect a parcel when required, the customer may be responsible for any resulting additional shipping, storage, return, or redelivery charges.
We will do our best to assist in communicating with the carrier, but in some cases the recipient may need to contact the local carrier directly to arrange redelivery or pickup.
Returned, refused, or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of:

an incorrect or incomplete address,

repeated failed delivery attempts,

refusal of delivery,

failure to pay applicable customs charges,

or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier,
then any original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs-related charges, and redelivery fees may be deducted from any eligible refund or charged before reshipment.
If the customer requests a refund for a returned parcel, the refund will be processed only after the parcel has been received back and inspected.
Non-delivery while in transit
Orders cannot be refunded solely because they have not arrived by a preferred date while they are still in active transit.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or if there is another verified shipping issue, we will review the case and provide assistance in accordance with our shipping and refund policies.
Shipping restrictions
We may be unable to ship certain items to some countries, regions, or remote areas due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, local regulations, product size, or logistics constraints.
