What are your support hours?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email, please contact us at info@vakkerlight.com with your order number.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Contact us immediately at info@vakkerlight.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Custom-made fixtures are non-returnable unless defective. Contact our team to initiate a return and we'll guide you through the process.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to the US typically takes 4–6 weeks for non-stock items. US in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days. International delivery timelines vary by destination. We'll confirm your estimated delivery date when your order is placed.
Can I get a custom lighting fixture made?
Yes — our custom programme is available for residential and commercial projects of any scale. We provide free 3D design drawings within 24 hours, with no deposit required to begin. Contact us with your brief to get started.
Are your fixtures compatible with my country's voltage?
All Vakkerlight fixtures are rated AC 110–240V and are compatible with both North American and international electrical systems. The correct bulb base is automatically matched to your shipping address. For Japan (100V) or unusual installations, contact us before ordering.
