How do I clean and maintain the glass?

Gently dust the cascading glass petals with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the metal finish or glass surface.

Is this sconce hardwired, and what does installation require?
