Took forever to arrive, packaging is the crappiest styrofoam you can imagine, there’s styrofoam crumbs all over my dining room now, the glass bulb covers don’t thread on cleanly, the light fixtures themselves when tightened fully often don’t point straight down but are rotated at an angle even after adjusting the 1 axis adjustment on each head. The only way to get them pointing straight down is to leave the heads unscrewed just shy of one full rotation.
I was missing any sort of electrical connector to join the 6 bulbs to the main column wire, and the bulbs all flicker dramatically when dimmed—however at full power the dimmer on my wall now makes a humming sound that can be heard across the room. It felt unsafe to the point that I had to uninstall the light and will have to investigate when I have time.
Also, the white of the lampshade and painted portions is cool toned white despite appearing a nice warm white on the website while the frosted domes are a nice warm white so it clashes and looks awful when off.
Finally figured out the manual and videos are on the website only—something you forget after waiting 6 weeks. Also, buried deep in a spec sheet it says dimming is unsupported—I’m pretty sure that’s because this product is so cheaply made they didn’t spring for dimmable LED bulbs. I’m ordering some now and will report back to see if that remedies my problem.
Shop elsewhere. This place is all talk.

The number one question people ask me is how much I paid for these lights. Theyre always surprised when I say not that much. They do look very nice when installed and they look pricey. Good buy.
