All configurations drop 78.7″. A 9–10 ft ceiling is ideal. On standard 8 ft ceilings, you'll need to shorten the cable substantially. The drop is adjustable via cable, but verify your ceiling structure with an electrician before installation.

Which size is right for a double-height foyer or stairwell?

The 13-light and 15-light configurations work best for tall entry spaces. The 12 cm ball 13-light spreads 19.7″ (16 lbs); the 15 cm ball 13-light spreads 26.8″ (52.9 lbs). Choose based on room width and available ceiling drop.

What's the difference between the 12 cm and 15 cm ball sizes?

12 cm balls (4.7″) create a denser, more delicate cluster; 15 cm balls (5.9″) are bolder and spread wider. Both are natural Spanish alabaster with unique veining. Same 78.7″ drop; different spreads and weights per light count.

Can this be customized or made in a different size?

Yes. Eight configurations are available (two ball sizes × four light counts). For other layouts, contact our atelier—we hand-build each chandelier to order and can discuss custom arrangements.

What bulbs do I need and how do I maintain it?

Each ball takes one G9 bulb (7–19 total depending on size). We recommend warm-white 2700–3000K LED for the best stone reading. Bulbs not included. Dust gently with a soft cloth; avoid harsh cleaners on natural stone.

How many bulbs does this fixture hold and what type?

It holds one bulb per alabaster ball. A 7-light version uses 7 bulbs, a 13-light uses 13, and so on. The product specs do not include bulb type—confirm compatibility with the manufacturer before purchase.

What's the difference between the 4.7-inch and 5.9-inch alabaster balls?

The 5.9-inch balls are larger and create a bolder visual statement. They also spread wider—a 7-light fixture with 5.9-inch balls spans 19.7 inches, while 7 lights with 4.7-inch balls span only 15.7 inches.

Does this work in a standard 8-foot ceiling?

The fixture is 78.7 inches tall. On an 8-foot (96-inch) ceiling, the lowest ball hangs about 17 inches below the ceiling—comfortable for a dining table but check your exact ceiling height and where you want it positioned.

Can I adjust the height after installation?

The drop is fixed at 78.7 inches across all variants. You cannot shorten or lengthen it. Measure your space and confirm the drop works for you before ordering.

Pierre d'albâtre naturelle Conçu en véritable albâtre naturel, chaque abat-jour possède sa propre composition minérale unique, sa translucidité et ses variations naturelles. Le motif de la pierre, la tonalité de la couleur et le niveau de veinage peuvent varier d'une abat-jour à l'autre, rendant chacune unique. Ces variations naturelles sont une caractéristique inhérente à l'albâtre et ne sont pas considérées comme des défauts. Lorsqu'elle est illuminée, la pierre translucide crée une lueur chaleureuse et élégante avec une belle profondeur et du caractère.

Plusieurs tailles et configurations

Choisissez parmi 7, 13, 15 ou 19 lumières. Les boules sont disponibles en diamètres de 4,7 pouces ou 5,9 pouces pour s'adapter à différentes hauteurs de plafond et largeurs de pièce.

Canopy et fils en laiton

Il y a une ampoule par boule d'albâtre. Une version à 7 lumières utilise 7 ampoules, une à 13 lumières en utilise 13, et ainsi de suite. Les spécifications du produit n'incluent pas le type d'ampoule — veuillez vérifier la compatibilité auprès du fabricant avant l'achat.

Quelle est la différence entre les boules d'albâtre de 4,7 pouces et de 5,9 pouces ?

Les boules de 5,9 pouces sont plus grandes et créent une déclaration visuelle plus audacieuse. Elles s'étalent également davantage — un luminaire à 7 lumières avec des boules de 5,9 pouces s'étend sur 19,7 pouces, tandis que 7 lumières avec des boules de 4,7 pouces ne s'étendent que sur 15,7 pouces.

Est-ce que cela fonctionne avec un plafond standard de 8 pieds ?

Le luminaire mesure 78,7 pouces de hauteur. Sur un plafond de 8 pieds (96 pouces), la boule la plus basse pend à environ 17 pouces du plafond — confortable pour une table à manger, mais vérifiez votre hauteur de plafond exacte et l'endroit où vous souhaitez le positionner.

Puis-je ajuster la hauteur après l'installation ?

La longueur de suspension est fixée à 78,7 pouces pour toutes les variantes. Vous ne pouvez pas la raccourcir ni l'allonger. Mesurez votre espace et confirmez que la longueur vous convient avant de commander.

The 7-globe chandelier comes with 200 cm (approximately 78.7 inches) suspension cords by default.

Each cord is adjustable during installation, so the globes do not have to hang at the same exact height. You can arrange them at different lengths to create the look you prefer.

Is it ok for sloped ceiling?
Also I wanted to get informed shortest height of the fixture. I am going to install in my bedroom which has 10foot sloped ceiling. Thank you.

terribly sorry. The Alabaster Balls Chandelier cannot be installed on a sloped ceiling.
