Keep the fixture.
Vakkerlight sends selected lighting to home, interior, and lifestyle creators. Once approved, you pay a 50% refundable deposit, style the light in a real room, and publish the agreed Instagram content. After we verify the live posts, we return the full deposit to the same payment method—and the fixture stays with you.
The deposit is requested only after written approval and is refunded in full after the agreed public content is posted, tagged @vakkerlight, and kept live for at least 30 days.
§ 01 · How it works
From application to glow in five steps.
Send your profile and product choices, then give us up to five business days to review them. No deposit is requested and no order is placed until you receive written approval.

Email your Instagram handle, location, 3–5 sample posts, and up to three eligible product links.

Our team reviews your feed and replies within five business days.
Pick & deposit
Choose one approved fixture and pay 50% of its confirmed retail price at checkout.
Style & shoot
Receive the fixture, install it safely, and create a finished-room photo plus a 15–60 second Reel.
Share & refund
Post publicly and tag @vakkerlight; the full deposit returns to the same card within five business days after verification.
§ 02 · Who we work with
Creators with a real point of view.
- 1,000+ active Instagram followers with authentic engagement.

- A public profile with recent original photography or video in real spaces.
- A room and installation plan that suits the selected fixture safely and proportionally.
- Willingness to share honest content and disclose that the product was gifted.

The complete eligible edit appears below in one continuous catalog—without filters, search controls, or duplicate variants. Open any fixture to review available sizes and finishes, then include up to three product links in your application. Each card shows the current retail range and estimated 50% deposit.
§ 05 · The 50% deposit, explained

Every cent back later.
The deposit confirms that the collaboration is active. Once the agreed Instagram content is public, correctly tagged, and verified, we return 100% of that deposit to the original payment method. The fixture is yours to keep.

After written approval, Vakkerlight sends the creator an authorized checkout link. The creator pays 50% of the confirmed retail price through a normal Shopify card transaction, and we begin processing the fixture.
- 01 Deposit checkout is available only after written creator approval and final confirmation of the product, finish, size, and shipping destination.
- 02 You pay 50% of the confirmed retail price at checkout. We aim to dispatch within three business days; actual delivery timing depends on the selected fixture and destination.
- 03 Publish one in-feed photo post and one 15–60 second Reel. Mention Vakkerlight, link to vakkerlight.com, tag @vakkerlight, and disclose the gifted relationship clearly.
- 04 Keep the content public and live for at least 30 days, then email the live post links and your order number to info@vakkerlight.com.
- 05 After our team verifies the content, 100% of the deposit is refunded to the same card within five business days.
- 06 The fixture is yours to keep. We do not ask for it back, and the deposit is not payment for the lamp.
§ 06 · What we ask you to share
Two pieces of content. That’s it.
We do not provide a fake review script or require a positive opinion. We ask for accurate, original content that shows the fixture clearly and reflects your genuine experience.
One in-feed photo post
A finished-room image or carousel showing the light installed, styled, and switched on. Mention Vakkerlight and link to vakkerlight.com in the caption; tag @vakkerlight in both the image and caption.
One 15–60 second Reel
Show the fixture in use, the room transformation, styling details, or a natural switch-on moment. Keep all content public and live for at least 30 days.
