What is the shade or body made of?

The frame is stainless steel with teardrop crystals hanging from it. There is no solid shade—light spreads in all directions through the wire structure, and the crystals catch and scatter the glow.

Can I dim this fixture?

Yes. Triac dimming is available as a build option when you order, so you can dial the brightness up or down with a compatible dimmer switch.

Can I change the cord or drop length?

Yes. We build this to your ceiling height. Provide your room measurements and we'll size the cables so it hangs at the right distance from your ceiling—no field adjustments needed after arrival.

Can this go on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

The standard canopy suits a flat ceiling. We can build a custom canopy for a sloped or vaulted pitch—just tell us the angle before you order, and contact our support team at support@vakkerlight.com to arrange it.

Does this run on US household power?

Yes. It is hardwired to your ceiling electrical box (an electrician makes the connection), and runs on standard US voltage (110–240V AC).

Is this approved for US use and do you ship here?

Yes to both. We ship free to all 50 states. The fixture is certified for North America.

De quel matériau est composé l'abat-jour ou le corps?

Le cadre est en acier inoxydable avec des cristaux en forme de larme suspendus. Il n'y a pas d'abat-jour solide — la lumière se propage dans toutes les directions à travers la structure filaire, et les cristaux capturent et dispersent la lueur.

Puis-je variateur ce luminaire ?

Oui. L'éclairage par variateur Triac est disponible en option de construction lors de votre commande, vous permettant d'ajuster la luminosité avec un interrupteur variateur compatible.

Puis-je modifier la longueur du câble ou de la chute ?

Oui. Nous fabriquez ce produit selon la hauteur de votre plafond. Fournissez vos mesures d'espace et nous adapterons les câbles pour qu'il pende à la bonne distance de votre plafond — aucun ajustement sur place nécessaire après livraison.

Peut-on l'installer sur un plafond incliné ou voûté ?

La verrière standard convient à un plafond plat. Nous pouvons créer une verrière sur mesure pour un plafond en pente ou voûté — il suffit de nous communiquer l'angle avant de commander et de contacter notre équipe d'assistance à support@vakkerlight.com pour l'organiser.

Ce luminaire fonctionne-t-il sur le courant électrique domestique américain?

I LOVE my new chandelier! Everyone who has come to my home has commented on how beautiful it is! I had an electrician install the light, and I hung all of the crystals. Very time comsuming, but not difficult! The instructions were well done and easy to read. The quality is fantastic and even my electrician commented on what a beautiful and quality chandelier I had purchased. I am so happy with it!

The chandelier is absolutely stunning. Installing it wasn't too difficult but did take some time. They also included a few extra pieces, which was fortunate because some arrived cracked. Overall, it was a great purchase. I hired someone to mount the chandelier and handled the crystals myself.

Great chandelier !

I love this chandelier! It arrived on time with good packaging. It's super pretty. The only drawback was the use of vague black and white pictures for hanging and connecting the crystals, which was a bit confusing at first. Once I figured it out, though, it was smooth sailing!

Setting up the light is straightforward, although there are numerous pieces and parts to assemble. Some of the components are a bit challenging to put together. However, once installed, the light transforms the room and area into a truly elegant space.
