The genuine horsehair mane can become messy during installation if handled improperly. Strictly follow the installation instructions.
If the mane becomes messy: use a comb to gently straighten it and refer to the repair video for guidance. Do NOT cut the mane with scissors and do not disassemble the lamp body. Contact our support team if you need further assistance.
Note: Compatible with LED bulbs only. Please do not use incandescent bulbs, as the high heat may warp the acrylic lampshade.

Is the mane genuine horsehair?
Yes — this is genuine horsehair, not a synthetic imitation. As a natural material, slight variation in color and texture between individual pieces is normal and not a defect.

What color temperature does it come in?
Default is 3000K warm white. If you need a different color temperature, contact us before placing your order.
