Common questions

How many bulbs does each variant take, and what kind?

The fixture holds one bulb per tier, so V2 holds 4 bulbs, V3 holds 4 bulbs, V4 holds 4 bulbs, and V1 holds 4 bulbs. Exact bulb type and wattage depend on your wiring and dimmer setup—confirm with your electrician during installation.

What's the actual width once installed?

All four variants are 55.1 inches in diameter. The arms spread out symmetrically in a cone, so plan for that full circle of space on your ceiling and the width of light below.

Can I use this over a dining table, and how far should it hang?

Yes. For a standard dining table, the bottom of the fixture should hang 24–30 inches above the tabletop. Choose V2 (24″ total height) for tight spaces or V3 (41.3″) for a more dramatic presence over a 36-inch-tall table.

Does the fixture come prewired, or do I need an electrician?

The fixture ships complete. Installation requires a licensed electrician to connect it to your ceiling junction box and confirm load capacity, especially if you plan to use separate switches for each tier.

What ceiling height do I need for this chandelier?+

Heights range from 24″ to 68.9″. The tallest (68.9″) suits double-height foyers and grand entryways; the shortest (24″) fits standard 9–10 ft ceilings. Contact our design team to confirm the best fit for your space.

What are the exact dimensions?+

All sizes feature a 55.1″ diameter. Heights available: 24″, 41.3″, 62.2″, or 68.9″. Custom sizing is available through our atelier—email info@vakkerlighting.com with your space requirements.

Can I customize the size, finish, or light configuration?+

Yes. Size, nickel finish color, number of light sources, and hanging cable length are all customizable. Work directly with our design team at info@vakkerlighting.com to create your bespoke chandelier.

What color temperature does it ship in?+

Standard orders ship in 3000K Warm White. 4000K Neutral White and 6000K Cool White are available—contact support before ordering to select your preferred temperature.

How do I clean and maintain the clear crystal elements?+

Gently dust the clear crystal feathers with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with distilled water. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the metallic nickel frame finish.
