How do I clean the piastre glass panels?
We recommend using a soft feather duster for regular maintenance. For deeper cleaning, panels can be wiped with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid liquid chemical cleaners to protect the vintage gold leaf finish on the framework.
Can I use traditional bulbs in this fixture?
No. To protect the artisanal glass and maintain the longevity of the gilded finish, this chandelier is strictly designed for cool-running LED bulbs. Incandescent bulbs generate excessive heat that may damage the delicate glass components.
Is the ceiling junction box requirement special for this light?
Due to the premium weight of the glass panels and steel frame, we recommend a standard but properly reinforced junction box. For very large installations, consult your electrician to ensure the ceiling support matches the fixture's weight.
Is the hanging rod adjustable?
Yes, the chandelier comes with a 11.8" (30 cm) rod. It can be shortened during installation. If your space has exceptionally high ceilings and requires a longer extension, please contact us prior to ordering.
