Common questions

Do I need a center ceiling hook or just two points?

Just two points. The fixture hangs entirely from the two end canopies. No center feed.

Can I adjust how deep the curve drops after it's hung?

No. The drop depth is fixed by the arm length and bulb count of your model. V1 drops 27.6 inches maximum, V4 drops 70.9 inches maximum. Choosing the right variant before purchase is the way to dial in your depth.

What bulbs do these take and are they included?

Warm-light bulbs are included with every Voltra Belt model. Check your variant's bulb count—V1 has 6 bulbs, V2 and V3 and V4 have 8, V5 has 11, V6 has 15.

How far apart do my ceiling points need to be?

The distance matches your model's length. V1 requires points 45.3 inches apart, V2 needs 51.2 inches, V3 needs 57 inches, V4 needs 68.9 inches, V5 needs 78.7 inches, V6 needs 90.6 inches. Measure your space and pick the variant that fits.

What size Voltra works best for a dining table?+

The 8-head L 51.2″ or L 57″ options suit standard to large dining tables. The 6-head L 45.3″ fits intimate settings. For longer tables, consider the 11-head L 78.7″. Contact our atelier for custom sizing.

How much vertical space does this pendant need?+

Heights range from H 27.6″ to H 70.9″ depending on configuration. Measure from your ceiling to the table or work surface; 30″–36″ drop is typical. Our team can advise on your specific ceiling height.

Can I customize the Voltra Belt for my space?+

Yes. Built in our atelier, the Voltra is made to order. We work with you on head count, dimensions, and finishes. Contact us to discuss bespoke sizing and specifications.

How do I clean and maintain the shade?+

The white acrylic shades can be gently wiped with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. Integrated LEDs have a long lifespan; sources are replaceable if needed.

How is the Voltra installed?+

It is ceiling-hardwired and requires a standard wall switch (not included). An electrician should handle installation. Download guides and 3D files are available on the product page.
