Every piece is made to order in our own atelier — here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs.

What size Varen pendant works best over a dining table?+

For a 48″ table, choose ∅ 16.5″ or ∅ 20.1″. For 60″ tables, ∅ 20.1″ or ∅ 24.0″ work well. The fixture hangs 3.1″ tall with adjustable cable to 59″ total, so measure your ceiling height and table width to confirm fit.

Can I adjust the hanging height of the Varen?+

Yes. The Varen includes a 59″ adjustable hanging height cable that can be lengthened as required during installation, allowing you to set the pendant at the right height for your space.

What's the difference between Wood Color and Walnut Color?+

Wood Color is a lighter natural wood finish, while Walnut Color is darker. Both feature the same flared silhouette and warm integrated LED. Choose based on your existing cabinetry or flooring tone.

Is the Varen pendant made to order?+

Yes. Each Varen is hand-built in our Vakkerlight atelier. We craft it in your chosen size, wood finish, and custom specifications. Contact us for custom sizing requests beyond the five standard options.

How do I clean and maintain the wood shade?+

Dust the natural wood shade regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture and harsh cleaners. The acrylic diffuser can be gently wiped with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust without damaging the wood.
