How much space does this light cover?
The shade is 15 inches across, so it lights an area roughly the size of a dining table or kitchen island. Hang it 30 to 36 inches above your work surface.
Will the washi paper get damaged or discolor?
Washi paper can yellow slightly over time from heat. Keep the bulb wattage at or below the fixture's rating and avoid high-heat bulbs to slow this.
Does this come as a hanging kit or do I need an electrician?
This is a hardwired pendant. You'll need an existing ceiling outlet or a licensed electrician to install one. The fixture itself comes ready to wire.
Can I use a dimmable bulb with this fixture?
Yes, if your home's wiring supports a dimmer switch. Check your fixture's bulb rating before buying a dimmer-compatible bulb.

What bulb does this pendant use?+
The Washi Paper 33N accepts either LED or Edison bulbs with E26 or E27 base types. It runs on AC 110–240V and is compatible with a standard wall switch for simple on/off control.
Can I customize the size or cable length?+
Yes. This pendant is made to order in our atelier. The 59″ hanging cable can be extended upon request, and custom sizing is available—contact us to discuss your space and ceiling height.
