Velaria Chandelier
The Velaria Chandelier hangs a curtain of vertical panels in natural Spanish alabaster — 100% imported from Spain — around a brass ring, each slat pinned at the top with a small brass fitting so the drum reads like drapery frozen in stone. The G9 bulbs inside glow through the panels, moonlight-soft, tracing a different veil of veining down every face. Three configurations — a 10-light Ø 55 cm drum, a 16-light Ø 85 cm, and a 26-light two-tier that nests the smaller drum beneath the larger — scale from bedrooms and entries to dining rooms and living rooms with taller ceilings.

Every panel is cut from natural alabaster quarried in Spain. Veining and tone vary from slat to slat — around the drum, no two panels match. Your chandelier will differ from the photos shown; this variation is the character of genuine stone, not a defect.

- Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended, and professional installation is advised for the 26-light two-tier.
- The drum carries real stone weight: anchor the canopy to a junction box or ceiling structure rated for the fixture — never drywall alone.
- Cables adjust independently so the drum hangs perfectly level; they can be lengthened as required before shipping.
- Install the G9 bulbs (not included); warm white LEDs of 2700–3000K are recommended.
- Handle the alabaster panels individually and avoid impact — natural stone can chip.
- For indoor use only. Not suitable for bathrooms or damp locations.
Where does the alabaster come from?
Every panel is cut from natural alabaster that is 100% imported from Spain — the same Spanish stone prized in fine lighting for its warm tone and translucency. It is genuine quarried stone, not resin or faux-alabaster glass.
Which configuration should I choose?
Over a table, the drum should be roughly half to two-thirds of the table's width: the 10-light Ø 55 suits bedrooms, entries, and round tables for 4; the 16-light Ø 85 carries dining tables for 6–8 and living rooms. The 26-light two-tier adds vertical presence for taller ceilings and open spaces. Send us your dimensions and we will recommend within 24 hours.
What bulbs does the Velaria use?
Compact G9 base bulbs — 10, 16, or 26 depending on the configuration, not included. Warm white G9 LEDs (2700–3000K) give the panels their moonlight glow, stay cool behind the stone, and rarely need changing.
Why does my chandelier look different from the product photos?
The panels are natural Spanish stone, so veining and tone vary from slat to slat — around the drum, each panel carries its own veil of pattern by design. No two Velaria chandeliers are exactly alike; this is the character of real alabaster, not a defect.
Is the Velaria certified for North America and Europe?
Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110–240V worldwide.
