The shade is crafted from felt produced using recycled plastic materials — the same sustainable fibre used in acoustic panels. In addition to its environmental benefit, the felt naturally absorbs mid-frequency room noise, making it well suited to dining rooms, open-plan offices, and spaces with hard reflective surfaces.

Does the felt actually improve room acoustics?
Yes, to a moderate degree. Felt is a porous fibrous material that absorbs mid-frequency sound waves — the frequencies most associated with conversational noise and general room reverberation. A single pendant will have a subtle effect; multiple pendants or combining with other soft furnishings will be more noticeable. It is not a substitute for dedicated acoustic treatment in a professional context.

What size is the Felt Harmony Pendant Light, and will it fit over my dining table?+
∅ 21.7″ × H 11.8″ diameter works well over standard dining tables (36″–42″ wide). The 59″ adjustable cable lets you set hang height for proper clearance and light spread over your seating area.
Which color should I choose—Black, Light Grey, or Dark Grey?+
Black suits modern, minimalist rooms. Light Grey and Dark Grey blend into neutral palettes. All three feel warm and soft; choose based on your décor. Our atelier can advise on samples if needed before ordering.
Does the felt shade really improve room acoustics?+
