Silvara Cocoon Pendant Lamp in White
Segmented fabric shade that glows warm when lit. Six stacked sections create a tall, sculptural form. Works over dining tables, kitchen islands, bedroom seating areas, or entryways where you have standard ceiling height.
What you actually get
Each segment is wrapped separately. Diffuses light evenly without harsh spots.
Smaller version is 49.6 inches tall. Larger version runs 65.4 inches. Both have the same visual look, just different scale.
Soft cream-colored fabric. Lets warm light through when the bulb is on.

Common questions
How much clearance do I need above the fixture to install it?
The cord is adjustable. You need enough space at your ceiling to mount the canopy. The longest drop on either model is the 65.4 inches on V2, so measure from your ceiling down to where you want the bottom of the shade.
Can I use this over a small table or does it need a big space?
V1 is 11.8 inches across and works well over narrower surfaces. V2 is 13.8 inches and better for standard dining tables. Neither one is so wide that you can't use it in a modest room.
What kind of bulb goes in this, and how many?
The fixture holds one bulb. You'll want an E26 base bulb rated for pendant use. Check the wattage limits on the fixture label when it arrives.
Is the cord length fixed or can I adjust it?
The cord is adjustable during installation. You can shorten it to fit your ceiling height and desired drop length.

What sizes does the Silvara Cocoon Pendant come in?+
Two sizes: ∅ 11.8″ × H 49.6″ and ∅ 13.8″ × H 65.4″. Both feature adjustable hanging cable up to 59″. Custom sizing is available—contact our atelier for bespoke dimensions.
Is this pendant suitable for a double-height foyer or stairwell?+
Yes. The larger 65.4″ height works beautifully in tall foyers and stairwells. Verify your ceiling height; the fixture hangs from a 59″ adjustable cable, extendable upon request.
What material is the shade?+
Hand-layered real mulberry silk over a metal frame. Natural fibers and tonal shifts are visible, creating warm glowing light. The shade reveals organic texture when illuminated.
Can I use LED or traditional bulbs, and is dimming available?+
Compatible with both LED and Edison bulbs (E26/E27 base). Triac dimming capability is available as a made-to-order build option. Contact us to specify your preference.
How do I clean the mulberry silk shade?+
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture and harsh cleaning agents. The natural silk fibers are delicate—handle with care during cleaning and maintenance.
