The Nickel Persimmon Chandelier is a 3 or 5-arm chandelier with cream-white glass persimmon-shaped shades on curved brushed nickel arms. Available in 2 sizes — 3-head (∅25.2") or 5-head (∅35.4") — for dining rooms, kitchen islands, living rooms, breakfast nooks, and entryways with 9 to 12 ft ceilings. E26 (US/CA) standard medium base bulbs, hardwired with a 19.7" adjustable hanging rod.

The Nickel Persimmon Chandelier is rated for indoor dry locations. Do not install in bathrooms (over a tub or shower), kitchens directly above a sink, or any covered or open outdoor area. Avoid steamy or damp environments.

Which size Nickel Persimmon chandelier fits my dining room or kitchen island?
For a breakfast nook, small dining table (4-seat), or entryway, pick the 3-head (∅25.2"). For a standard dining room (6-8 seat), kitchen island, or living room, pick the 5-head (∅35.4"). Above a dining table or kitchen island, hang the chandelier 30-36 inches above the tabletop. As a general sizing rule, add the room's length + width in feet — the result in inches is the recommended chandelier diameter.
What's the difference between the Nickel and the Brass Wooden Persimmon chandelier?
Both share the same persimmon-shaped glass shade design. The Nickel Persimmon chandelier has a brushed nickel (silver-toned) metal frame with no wood — it suits modern, transitional, and contemporary interiors. The Brass Wooden Persimmon chandelier has a brass frame with natural walnut or ash wood arm accents — it suits warmer, organic, mid-century, and farmhouse interiors. Both use E26 (US/CA) bulbs and cream-white glass shades.
What bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?
E26 standard medium base for US/Canada (E27 for EU/Australia) — the most common bulb socket in US homes. Max 40W per socket. Bulb count matches the size — 3 or 5 bulbs. Warm White 2700-3000K LED recommended for a soft mid-century glow through the cream glass. Bulbs sold separately. The chandelier is dimmable when paired with dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer.
Can the Nickel Persimmon chandelier install on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Yes — but a swivel adapter is required for sloped or vaulted ceilings to keep the chandelier hanging level. Email info@vakkerlight.com before ordering with your ceiling slope angle and we'll include a compatible swivel mount.
Can the hanging rod be extended for high ceilings?
The standard hanging rod is 19.7" (50 cm). For ceilings above 10 ft or for vaulted ceilings, request a longer rod extension before ordering with your ceiling height. The rod is rigid — for very tall ceilings (above 14 ft), a cable-suspension chandelier may be more appropriate than this rod-mounted nickel persimmon chandelier.
