The Liora Drift Wood Wall Lamp is a sculptural lighting piece that blurs the line between function and art. Carved from solid wood with a fluid, organic silhouette, it feels as if it has been shaped by nature rather than machinery. The integrated globe light rests gently within the curve, casting a soft, ambient glow that highlights the wood’s natural grain and warmth.

Every piece is made to order in our own atelier — here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs.

What size should I choose for my space?+

The smaller sconce (L 16.1″ × H 14.9″) suits bedside walls and compact rooms. The larger (L 23.6″ × H 24.4″) anchors living room or entryway walls. Both are available in custom sizing through our atelier.

What wood finishes are available?+

Choose Wood Color (light natural), Walnut Color (medium warm), or Black. Each finish highlights the carved grain differently and pairs with a white glass shade.

What type of bulb does it use?+

The sconce uses a G9 base bulb—LED or Edison types work. It accepts 110–240V AC and connects to a standard wall switch (not included).

How is it installed?+

The Liora is hardwired directly to your wall circuit via an external wall switch. Installation instructions and 3D files are available for your electrician.

Can I customize the size or finish?+

Yes. As a made-to-order piece from our atelier, custom dimensions and finish combinations are available. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Every fixture is crafted from carefully selected premium solid wood — walnut, oak, ash, or teak sourced from sustainable forestry. The grain, colour variation, and wood character are part of the design, not imperfections to hide.

How It's Made

The Art of
Wood Lighting

Each fixture passes through the hands of skilled woodworkers who understand how wood moves, breathes, and ages — and how to design lighting that works with those qualities, not against them.

Selection & Seasoning

Each board is assessed for grain quality and moisture content. Timber is kiln-dried to prevent future movement before entering the workshop.

Turning & Shaping

Forms are shaped on the lathe, routed, and hand-carved where the design demands it. Traditional joinery ensures strength without relying on adhesives alone.

Finishing & Wiring

Multiple coats of hand-applied oil or lacquer, sanded between each pass. Electrical components fitted by certified technicians and tested before shipping.

Quality Inspection

Every piece is lit, photographed, and measured before leaving. Natural character marks are noted and accepted as part of the piece's identity.
