Common questions

How much chain comes with it?

Each chandelier comes with a 35.4″ / 90cm chain as standard. It can be shortened at installation, and a longer chain is available on request.

What bulbs does it use?

E12 candelabra bulbs — 16 for the smaller size and 34 for the larger. A warm white 2700–3000K bulb suits the amber glass best.

Which size should I choose?

The 16-light (Ø 29.5″ x H 27.6″) suits a dining table for 4–6 or a bedroom with 8–10 ft ceilings. The 34-light (Ø 35.4″ x H 51.2″) is better for a large table, kitchen island, or open-plan room with ceilings of 10 ft or more.

How heavy is it?

The 16-light weighs 103.6 lb / 47 kg and the 34-light weighs 169.8 lb / 77 kg. Make sure your ceiling junction box and structure are rated for the weight — a licensed electrician is recommended.

How do I clean the amber glass petals?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth on the glass and dry it afterward. Avoid harsh chemicals.
