About the hand-wound cotton
Each shade is wound by hand from cotton string, so winding density, edge-line placement, and tone vary slightly between pieces — part of the handmade character, not a defect. Spot-clean only with a dry or barely damp cloth; do not machine wash, soak, or submerge the shade.
Use an LED bulb only
The shade is cotton and heat-sensitive. Use a cool-running LED bulb only — no incandescent or halogen — and stay within the rated wattage. LEDs run cool and are the correct choice for a fabric shade.

- Use a cool-running LED bulb only — the cotton shade is heat-sensitive. No incandescent or halogen; stay within the rated wattage. The E27 LED bulb is included.
- Dimmable with a compatible dimmable LED bulb and a wall dimmer (not included).

What bulb does it use, is it included, and can I use any bulb?
One E27 bulb, included — and it must be an LED. The cotton shade is heat-sensitive, so use a cool-running LED only (no incandescent or halogen) and stay within the rated wattage. A 2700K warm-white LED gives the warmest glow through the wound cotton. Dimmable with a dimmable LED and a compatible wall dimmer (sold separately).
Which size and color should I choose?
Small (⌀12–12.6″) suits a bedside or a single spot over a nightstand; Medium (⌀15″) suits a dining nook or kitchen; Large (⌀19.7″) is a statement over a table or island. Colors run from warm neutrals to deep blue, lavender, and soft pink. Email us for a current swatch or help choosing.
My shade looks slightly different from the photo — is that a defect?
No — each shade is wound by hand from cotton string, so winding density, the placement of the contrast edge lines, and tone vary slightly piece to piece. That handmade variation is the character of the lamp, not a flaw.
How do I clean it?
Spot-clean only — dust with a dry cloth or wipe gently with a barely damp one. Do not machine wash, soak, or submerge the shade, and don't use solvents, which can mark or shrink the cotton. Cotton also absorbs moisture, so keep it away from damp areas.
Is it certified, and what's the warranty?
Listed for North America, plus CE, SAA, SASO, and KC; operates on AC 110–240V. 2-year warranty on the wiring and frame; the LED bulb is a standard replaceable part. Email support for help — we reply within one business day.

What size should I choose for my dining table?+
For a standard dining table, the medium (15″ diameter) works well. The large (19.7″ diameter) suits wider tables or makes a focal point. Hang the shade base 30–36″ above the table surface. Our atelier can adjust cord length on-site during installation.
Which colorway should I pick?+
Warm yellow and grey melange (small, 12.6″) suit neutral interiors. Soft pink and pale lilac (medium, 15″) add warmth. Deep blue, blue tones, blue/amber mix, and lavender (large, 19.7″) make bolder statements. Each shade varies slightly—handmade character.
Can I use a regular incandescent bulb?+
No. The cotton shade is heat-sensitive; use LED bulbs only. Incandescent and halogen run too hot and will damage the fabric. An LED bulb is included; stay within the rated wattage for safety.

Can the pendant be dimmed?+
