A jute rope shade in a wide trapezoid silhouette — broader at the top than the base — with a swag of strung wood beads forming a continuous wave garland around the bottom edge. The jute rope is wound vertically around a metal ring frame, leaving gaps between wraps that allow warm 3000K light to filter through the body of the shade sideways and downward. At the base, individual cotton cords threaded with natural wood beads loop in a draped arc from anchor point to anchor point — the beads catch light at each contact point, giving the lower hem a tactile, jewel-like quality without introducing color. A solid wood canopy (Ø10 cm) carries a twisted jute suspension cord, adjustable to 1.2 m. Three sizes, one 3000K E27 bulb included.

This pendant hardwires to a ceiling junction box — it is not plug-in. The twisted jute suspension cord is up to 1.2 m long, adjustable at the solid wood canopy during installation. A licensed electrician is recommended. Turn off power at the breaker before installation.
Natural jute and wood — inherent variation between units
Jute rope and solid wood beads are natural materials. Slight differences in rope tone, bead color, and bead size between units are inherent to the material and not manufacturing defects. Keep away from sustained moisture — water weakens jute fiber over time.
Jute rope trapezoid shade
Jute rope wound vertically around a metal ring frame in a wide trapezoid profile — broader at the top, narrowing toward the base. The wrap gaps allow 3000K light to filter sideways through the shade body, casting a warm texture on nearby walls.
Wood bead wave garland
Cords strung with natural wood beads drape in continuous swags around the bottom edge of the shade — each arc rises and falls between anchor points, forming a repeating wave garland. The beads catch light at each contact point.

The shade starts as a metal ring frame in trapezoid form — wider at the top ring, narrower at the bottom ring. Natural jute rope is wound vertically around the frame from top ring to bottom ring, filling the surface with close parallel wraps and small gaps between them. Light filters through those gaps sideways, illuminating the rope texture from within. At the bottom ring, cords threaded with natural wood beads are attached at evenly spaced anchor points around the circumference; each cord droops in an arc between its anchors, forming the characteristic wave swag garland. The beads are sized consistently along each cord strand, and in aggregate they form a chandelier-bead detail at the base that catches warm light at each surface. The Ø10 cm solid wood canopy connects to a twisted jute suspension cord up to 1.2 m, adjustable at the canopy. The suspension cord material matches the shade body — jute — keeping the fixture in a single natural fiber palette end to end.

- Turn off power at the breaker before installation. A licensed electrician is recommended for all hardwired ceiling connections.
- The twisted jute cord (up to 1.2 m) adjusts at the solid wood canopy. For dining use, position the bottom of the shade 70–80 cm (28–32″) above the table surface.
- Screw the included 3000K E27 bulb into the socket. Do not exceed the wattage rating on the socket label. A globe or ST64 Edison filament bulb is an aesthetic alternative — partially visible through the open base of the shade.
- For dimming: the included bulb may not be dimmable — check its packaging. For reliable dimming, replace with a Triac-dimmable E27 LED and pair with a compatible leading- or trailing-edge dimmer switch.
- Jute rope shade: dust with a soft brush or low-suction vacuum attachment. Do not wet-clean — water weakens natural jute fiber and can cause the rope to slacken or discolor. Keep away from cooking steam, sustained moisture, and high-humidity zones.
- Wood bead garland: wipe beads with a dry cloth only. Do not submerge or wet-clean. If bead cords tangle, separate gently by hand. The garland will sway slightly in airflow — keep away from direct fan draft if you prefer a still silhouette.
- Solid wood canopy and twisted jute cord: dry cloth only. Avoid liquid cleaners on the wood; avoid heavy handling of the jute cord, which is a suspension element.
Does a bulb come included?
Yes — one 3000K warm white E27 LED bulb ships in the box. The pendant is ready to use immediately after installation. The 3000K tone works well with the natural jute rope — it reads amber-warm through the shade wrap rather than white or cool. The open base of the trapezoid shade means the bulb is visible from below; if you prefer a visible decorative element, a globe or ST64 Edison filament bulb is a natural aesthetic match. The E27 socket accepts any standard medium screw base replacement bulb.
What is the wood bead garland, and how is it attached?
The garland consists of cords strung with natural wood beads, attached at evenly spaced anchor points around the circumference of the bottom ring frame. Each cord droops in a smooth arc between its two anchor points — the beads slide along the cord and settle at the lowest point of each arc under gravity. In aggregate, the arcs form a continuous wave garland around the base of the shade: peaks at each anchor point, troughs between them. The beads are natural unfinished wood — no paint or dye — and catch the 3000K warm light at each surface. The garland hangs freely and will sway gently in air movement from nearby fans or vents.
Which size should I choose?
The Small (Ø40 cm) suits a bedside pendant, reading nook, or a 2-seat dining table — it also pairs well hung in a cluster of two or three over a longer surface. The Medium (Ø50 cm) anchors a 2–4 seat dining table or works as the primary pendant in a bedroom or compact living room. The Large (Ø60 cm) suits a 4–6 seat dining table or an open-plan living area where the shade needs to hold its own visually from across the room.
Is it dimmable?
Dimming depends on the bulb. The included 3000K E27 bulb may not be dimmable — check its packaging. For reliable dimming, replace with a Triac-dimmable E27 LED and pair with a compatible leading- or trailing-edge (Triac) wall dimmer switch.
How does the twisted jute cord differ from a regular pendant cord?
The suspension cord is twisted natural jute rope rather than a coated fabric or PVC cable. This means the cord itself is part of the visual design — the same fiber as the shade body, running from the solid wood canopy down to the shade. It has a slightly textured, organic appearance rather than the smooth look of a standard pendant cord. The electrical wiring runs inside the jute twist. Cord length adjusts at the solid wood canopy during installation up to 1.2 m maximum.
