Not solid wood — water transfer (hydrographic) print finish
The walnut grain appearance is achieved through water transfer printing on metal and plastic — it is not solid wood. Minor textural variations, edge overlaps, or slight pattern irregularities are normal characteristics of this process and do not affect the overall aesthetic. Mold line on shade — normal manufacturing characteristic
The line visible on the lampshade is from the injection-molding process. This is standard and expected — not a defect or quality issue.
Color temperature is fixed — not switchable
Each version ships with a fixed color temperature (3000K, 4000K, or 6000K). The lamp does not switch between temperatures. For a lamp that can alternate between warm, neutral, and cool white, select the Tri-color version at checkout.

Is this made of real wood?
No. The walnut grain appearance is created through water transfer (hydrographic) printing on metal and plastic — not solid wood. For genuine solid wood, Vakkerlight offers a separate solid wood Pebble model — see the link on the product page.
Why is there a visible line on the shade?
The line is a mold line from the injection-molding manufacturing process. It is a normal and expected characteristic — not a defect or quality issue.
Can this lamp switch between warm and cool light?
No — each version is fixed to a single color temperature. If you need a lamp that can switch between warm, neutral, and cool white, select the Tri-color version at checkout.
Is a dimmable version available?
Yes — select the dimmable version at checkout. Pair with a Triac (Thyristor) dimmer switch for smooth, flicker-free performance.
What sizes are available?
Three sizes: ∅11.8" (~12W), ∅14.9" (~18W), and ∅22.8" (~27W). All are 3.1" (8 cm) tall — a slim profile that works well in rooms with standard or lower ceiling heights.
