Exactly as in the picture: gorgeous! Yes, it takes time, hours to assemble all the crystals. Because I knew about that beforehand for others reviews...I didnt do it all at once. Different days until I finished. Got all the crystals needed and some extra spares too.

the lamp looks awesome, unless you have a lot of patience to put it together ,it took a while for me in the end it was worth the work. will probably not do that again for a long time.
