Natural rattan fiber hand-woven into a bell-shaped basket shade. Each fixture has unique weave tightness, fiber tone, and minor color variation—this is handmade character, not a defect.

Can I dim this pendant?

Yes. The fixture supports triac dimming. Pair it with a dimmable LED bulb and a standard dimmer switch.

Can I change the drop length or cord length?

No machine can replicate a craftsman's feel for rattan tension. From splitting and scraping raw bamboo culms to the intricate interlacing of rattan strands, a single medium-sized bamboo lamp can take a master artisan several days to complete.

Not a drop of glue is used at the joints — only refined mortise-and-tenon joinery and hand-tied rattan knots. This is more than a lighting fixture; it is a dialogue between humanity and nature across time, carrying marks of life that can never be repeated.

Very cool! The package has arrived by post office and they don't call, so it's up to you to pick it up at post office and it's bulky. I had to pay 24 € for customs. Depending on whether the light bulb you put on it is warm or not, you see the tone of the different Wicker.
