The Orvella Alabaster Pendant Light hangs a softly rounded teardrop of natural alabaster from a classic antique bronze chain and a simple round canopy. The stone swells gently toward its base, so light glows evenly through every side and spreads a warm, diffused light around the room. When lit, the alabaster reveals its swirling veins in soft cream and grey. Available in three sizes, it suits kitchen islands, entryways, hallways, bedsides and dining tables, alone or hung in a group.
Natural alabaster, one of a kind
Each shade is cut from natural alabaster, so veining, tone and small marks differ from piece to piece. These variations are part of the stone and are not defects.

- Turn off power at the breaker before installing. A licensed electrician is recommended.
- Adjust the chain to the hanging height you want, and mount the canopy level so the shade hangs straight.
- Dust the alabaster with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning sprays on the stone.
- Wipe the metal with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.
How big is it?
Small is Ø 5.9″ x H 7.5″ (15 x 19cm), Medium is Ø 7.9″ x H 9.4″ (20 x 24cm) and Large is Ø 9.8″ x H 11.8″ (25 x 30cm). All hang on a 19.7″ (50cm) adjustable chain from a 4.7″ (12cm) round canopy.
Which size should I choose?
Small suits bedsides and powder rooms, or a row of three over an island. Medium works over islands and small dining tables. Large makes a statement in entryways, stairwells and over larger tables.
Can I use it as a bedside light?
Yes. Its compact shade works well hung beside a bed in place of a table lamp. Use the Small size and set the bottom of the shade about 20–24″ above the nightstand by adjusting the chain.
Will my alabaster look like the photos?
Alabaster is a natural stone, so the veining, tone and small marks differ on every piece. No two shades look exactly alike, and these variations are part of the stone, not defects.
How do I care for the stone?
Dust it with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from water and cleaning sprays, which can mark the surface.
