Address and delivery issues

If there is a delivery issue caused by an incomplete address, incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to cooperate with the carrier, or failure to collect a parcel when required, the customer may be responsible for any resulting additional shipping, storage, return, or redelivery charges.

Returned, refused, or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of:

Non-delivery while in transit
