Two stacked jute rope drums — a wider upper tier and a narrower lower tier — hand-woven from natural jute and suspended from a brushed brass-tone ceiling plate on a short fixed stem. The vertical rope strands run parallel around each drum's circumference, creating a curtain-like texture that filters warm light softly outward and downward. With no pendant cord drop, this is a close-to-ceiling fixture that works in rooms where a hanging pendant would sit too low: standard 2.4 m (8 ft) ceilings, hallways, and rooms requiring even overhead light. Three E27 sockets, three 3000K LED bulbs included. Three sizes scale from a compact bedroom to a 4–6 seat dining room.

Three 3000K warm white E27 LED bulbs ship with every fixture — one per socket, ready to install. Each E27 socket accepts any standard medium screw base bulb as a replacement. For dimming, replace all three with Triac-dimmable E27 LEDs and pair with a compatible dimmer switch; the included bulbs may or may not be dimmable — check packaging.
Hardwired ceiling install — semi-flush (close-to-ceiling) mount
This fixture mounts directly to the ceiling junction box via a short fixed stem — it does not hang on a pendant cord. A licensed electrician is recommended. Turn off power at the breaker before installation. Confirm your ceiling box is weight-rated for the fixture before hanging.
Hand-woven natural jute — minor variation between units
Each fixture is hand-woven from natural jute rope. Slight variation in rope tension, strand spacing, and surface tone between units is inherent to the hand-weaving process and is not a manufacturing defect.
Two-tier drum silhouette
A wider upper drum stacked above a narrower lower drum — the stepped profile creates a visual shadow line between tiers and gives the fixture more vertical presence than a single flat shade.
Vertical jute rope weave
Parallel jute strands wrap vertically around each drum frame — a curtain-like structure that diffuses light softly outward through the gaps between strands while keeping the bulbs partially screened from direct view.

Check ceiling height before ordering
The Large size is H64 cm (25.2″) tall — on a standard 2.4 m (8 ft) ceiling, the bottom of the fixture will sit approximately 176 cm above the floor. This clears head height but may feel low in a formal dining room. In rooms with ceilings of 2.7 m (9 ft) or more, all three sizes work comfortably.

Each drum tier uses a circular metal ring frame as the structural skeleton. Natural jute rope is hand-wound vertically around the frame — strand by strand — creating the curtain-like exterior. The two tiers are sized differently: the upper drum has a larger diameter, the lower a smaller one, creating the stepped silhouette. A brushed brass-tone metal ceiling plate and short fixed stem connect the fixture to the junction box and give the top of the fixture its warm metallic accent against the natural jute body.

Three 3000K warm white E27 LED bulbs are included — one per socket — so the fixture is ready to use immediately after installation. Each socket accepts any standard medium screw base bulb. Do not exceed the socket's rated wattage (confirm on the socket label). For dimming, replace all three bulbs with Triac-dimmable E27 LEDs and pair with a compatible wall dimmer switch. Using mismatched bulbs (some dimmable, some not) on a dimmer circuit can cause flickering.

- Turn off power at the breaker before installation. A licensed electrician is recommended for all hardwired ceiling connections. Confirm your ceiling junction box is weight-rated for the fixture — the Large size (Ø60 cm) is the heaviest; verify with your electrician.
- The fixture mounts on a short fixed stem directly to the ceiling plate — there is no pendant cord to adjust. Total installed height equals the fixture height (43 / 54 / 64 cm) plus the ceiling plate thickness. Measure before ordering to confirm the bottom clears head height in your specific room.
- Screw one E27 bulb into each of the three sockets. Do not exceed the wattage rating on the socket label. All three included 3000K bulbs should be installed together for even light color across the fixture.
- For dimming: the included bulbs may not be dimmable — check their packaging. For reliable dimming, replace all three with Triac-dimmable E27 LEDs and pair with a compatible leading- or trailing-edge dimmer switch. Using a mix of dimmable and non-dimmable bulbs on a dimmer circuit will cause flickering.
- Jute rope care: remove dust with a soft brush or low-suction vacuum brush attachment. Do not wet-clean — water weakens natural jute fiber over time and can cause the rope to slacken or discolor. Keep away from cooking steam, open windows during wet weather, and high-humidity environments.
- Brass-tone metal canopy: wipe with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and liquid cleaners, which can remove the surface finish.
Do the bulbs come included?
Yes — three 3000K warm white E27 LED bulbs ship with every fixture, one per socket. The chandelier is ready to install and use immediately. Each E27 socket accepts any standard medium screw base bulb as a replacement when the included bulbs reach end of life.
Is this a pendant or a ceiling flush mount?
It is a semi-flush (close-to-ceiling) fixture — it mounts on a short fixed stem directly to the ceiling junction box, with no hanging pendant cord. The fixture body sits close to the ceiling, making it suitable for standard 2.4 m (8 ft) rooms where a full pendant would hang too low. It is not flush to the ceiling like a flat disk; the two-tier drum body extends down from the ceiling plate.
Will the Large size (H64 cm) fit my 8-foot ceiling?
Mathematically yes — on a 2.4 m (8 ft) ceiling, the bottom of the Large fixture will sit approximately 176 cm (69″) above the floor, which clears normal head height. However, in a dining room where people stand and move, the fixture may feel visually low. In rooms with 2.7 m (9 ft) or higher ceilings, all three sizes work comfortably. The Small (H43 cm) and Medium (H54 cm) are the safer choices for 8 ft rooms.
Which size should I choose?
The Small (Ø40 cm) suits a bedroom, study, or compact hallway — it provides three-point light from a fixture that doesn't dominate the space. The Medium (Ø50 cm) works over a 2–4 seat dining table or as the primary light in a 15–20 m² living room. The Large (Ø60 cm) anchors a 4–6 seat dining room or open-plan living area and reads as a statement piece at ceiling level.
Is it dimmable?
Dimming depends on the bulbs. The included 3000K bulbs may not be dimmable — check their packaging. For reliable dimming, replace all three with Triac-dimmable E27 LEDs and pair with a compatible leading- or trailing-edge (Triac) wall dimmer. Use matching bulbs across all three sockets — a mix of dimmable and non-dimmable bulbs on a dimmer circuit will flicker or hum.
How do I clean the jute rope shade?
Use a soft brush or low-suction vacuum brush attachment to remove dust from between the rope strands. Do not wet-clean — water weakens natural jute fiber, causes discoloration, and can cause the rope wrapping to slacken over time. Keep the fixture away from cooking steam, bathroom humidity, and open windows during wet weather.
What interior styles does this suit?
The natural jute tone and hand-woven texture work well in Japandi, wabi-sabi, coastal, and organic modern interiors that use warm wood tones, linen, and natural stone. The two-tier silhouette and brushed brass ceiling plate give it more structure than a single-drum shade, so it also suits transitional rooms that mix natural and traditional elements. It does not suit high-gloss contemporary, industrial-minimalist, or cool-palette rooms where the warm tan jute would look out of place.
