What is it made of?

The base is white ceramic with a metal connector. The shade is grey fabric blend. The cap and switch housing are metal.

Can I dim this lamp?

Dimming depends on the bulb you install. The lamp has a push-button switch. If you buy a dimmable bulb, the lamp will dim. The default bulb does not support dimming.

Where is the switch and how long is the cord?

The push-button switch is on the shade. The cord is 150cm (59″) long and includes a plug. Longer or shorter cords are available by request.

What table height does it suit?

The smaller version (H 15.4″) works on standard desks and nightstands. The taller version (H 19.3″) suits higher consoles and dressers. Both have a 13″ diameter base.

Does it work in the US and ship free?

Yes. It runs on standard US household power (AC 110–240V) and is approved for North America. US orders ship free to all 50 states. Select your plug type when you contact support@vakkerlight.com.

1300°C High-Temperature Vitrification

Once shaped, the raw clay undergoes extensive air-drying before being fired in a kiln at 1300°C for over ten hours. Under extreme heat, the clay fully vitrifies into a stone-like density—immensely strong, fade-proof, and yellowing-resistant. Complemented by a matte mineral glaze, it radiates a heavy, tactile aesthetic.
