What is the lamp body made of?

White alabaster (a natural marble), hand-hewn and finished with a gold metal stem. Alabaster pattern and body height vary piece to piece.

The standard version has an inline on/off switch. Triac dimming is available—contact support@vakkerlight.com to order a dimmable version.

Where is the switch and how long is the cord?

An on/off push button is located on the cord itself. The cord is 59.1 inches long and terminates in a plug for your wall outlet.

What height table or desk does this suit?

At 24.4 inches tall, it works on standard-height nightstands and side tables (28–30 inches). Pair it with a surface where the shade sits at or just above eye level when seated.

Does this work in the US? Is shipping free?

Yes. It runs on 110–240V AC and the US plug version is compatible with North American outlets. All US orders ship free to all 50 states.

Got another one

This is my second one. The marble pattern is different each time which is cool.

Heavy!

Heavier than I thought but feels really solid.

Super easy setup

Set it up in under 10 min on my nightstand.

So pretty!

The alabaster is gorgeous, every piece really is unique.

Perfect for my desk

Matches my minimalist office vibe perfectly.

Second one!

Bought another for the guest room, love how each one's different.

So pretty!

Looks gorgeous, honestly better than the pic.

Exactly like pic

The alabaster looks just like the listing.

Gorgeous lamp and exactly as described! Shipping was lightning fast and the packaging was super solid. 10/10 recommend!

Exactly what I was looking for! Its literally perfect for my space. Absolutely love it.

Packaging was on point. I was worried about it breaking in transit, but it was super secure. Arrived in perfect condition!

Im obsessed. I originally bought this as a gift, but honestly? I might just keep it for myself. Its too good to give away!

WOW. Just wow. Its stunning in person! I loved the first one so much I ended up ordering a second. Plus, it even comes with a bulbtalk about a win! Trust me, just buy it.

Obsessed with the marble base and the rectangular shade. Its got that clean, modern look I was going for.

This lamp is a steal! It looks way more expensive than it actually was. Total high-end vibes on a budget.

Such a classy piece. It really elevates the whole room.

Super well-made. They honestly look even better than the photos.

Fabulous Find!!

This lamp is fabulous! I bought two and have the pair in my den. They look far more expensive than they actually were, and add SO much to the decor of any room! The marble is lovely and well put together, and the lower lamp is perfect for a nice ambience. Makes a great night-light, also. I may order another pair!!

The lamps are beautiful! Great quality and great price for these beautiful lamps! My daughter received these for her wedding she loves them!

Perfection.

These lamps are SO beautiful!! I've always loved alabaster because light can pass through it -- and that's exactly why it's perfect that they put a nightlight in the bases. I'm not sure how you'd ever replace the nightlight bulb if you needed to, but it's gorgeous when you turn them on.
Some people here have complained that the veining in the alabaster isn't pretty to them, or that the multiple lamps they got have different veining... honey, natural materials aren't for you. The beauty of natural stone is that no two items are ever identical. If you don't like that, don't get a natural stone lamp. On the other hand, the designer likes to brag about their lovely electrical cords... but seriously, I don't know ANYONE (at least anyone sane) who would buy something because it has a pretty cord. I don't look at the cord -- I look at the base and the shade and the finial.

Absolutely beautiful

Love this lamp even more than I thought I would. Absolutely beautiful, well made lamp. It really is a statement piece! Its got good weight to it, amazing quality. It looks expensive!

Beautiful marble lamp. I bought two and they look great, heavy and lovely lighting.

Always a little hesitant to order home decor items on line without seeing them. Pleasantly surprised, good height, bright, very nice. Would recommend..

Love this lamp! But it is really small. Like, too small for a side table, we put ours in the bookshelf! Its so nice though, I was surprised at how heavy it was.

This is a beautiful lamp. I use it on my kitchen table. No fear of tipping as this is a very solid lamp. I love it!

Incredible value and so beautiful

I adore these lamps. I originally bought them for my bedroom nightstands, but I haven't found the perfect ones yet. I wanted to open them to make sure they weren't broken. They are gorgeous and so classy looking. They really elevate the room. I decided they looked perfect in the living room, so I plan to buy 2 more for the room!

Beautiful Lamp

Beautiful lamp! Heavy weight and high quality. I love it! Just bought another for the other side of the room. Cant beat at this price point!

Adorable mini marble lamp. I have it on a book shelf. it looks great and the cord is long enough that it can be on a high shelf.

Stunning

Originally reserved with my purchase but pleasantly surprised the quality of these lamps. I was hoping for sleek simple slim design with a stone/gold lamp and these lamps delivered just that. I am so pleased and it looks gorgeous in the room.

Was looking for a small lamp for a bedside table and this was the perfect size. Also looks really nice and feels nicely made to the touch. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality.

A very nice lamp

We like this lamp. I particularly like the fact the base lights up for a soft nightlight in the evening. It has a modern look to it .

This is a great little light. I had been looking for something small to put on my desk in the corner of my bedroom and this fit the bill. This is a beautifully crafted lamp.
