What is this lamp made from?

The base is hand-sculpted resin with a fluted texture. The shade is fabric. Base is finished in green with gold-tone hardware.

Dimming depends on the bulb you install. The supplied bulb does not support dimming. A compatible dimming bulb will enable that function.

Where is the switch and how long is the cord?

A push-button on/off switch is built into the cord. The standard cord is 150cm long. Custom lengths are available—contact support@vakkerlight.com to order.

What height surface does it suit?

At 73cm tall, it works on standard nightstands, desks, and side tables 40–50cm high. Pair it with a surface that leaves the shade at or slightly below eye level when seated.

Does it work in the US, and is shipping free?

Yes. It runs on standard US household current (110–240V AC). US orders ship free to all 50 states.
