In generale, i motivi per il reso sono due:

1. Se si tratta di un problema di qualità del prodotto o di un danno di trasporto, forniremo servizi di restituzione e cambio gratuiti.
2. Se è solo che al cliente non piacciono le nostre luci, il cliente deve pagare il costo di spedizione per la restituzione e il cambio.

Siamo certi che adorerai il tuo ordine Vakkerlighting quando arriverà, ma se non lo fai per qualsiasi motivo, ti preghiamo di inviarci una riga veloce tramite la nostra pagina dei contatti o semplicemente di rispondere alle e-mail di aggiornamento della spedizione e lo faremo bene. 

La conferma dell'ordine e la conferma della spedizione verranno inviate alla tua email registrata o al tuo numero di cellulare.

La conferma dell'ordine verrà inviata subito dopo aver effettuato l'ordine tramite il tuo indirizzo e-mail o numero di cellulare che hai registrato al momento dell'ordine.

E la conferma di spedizione verrà inviata entro 2-7 giorni dalla ricezione della conferma dell'ordine tramite il tuo indirizzo e-mail o numero di cellulare che hai registrato al momento dell'ordine.

Politica di ritorno

La nostra polizza dura 14 giorni. Passaggio 3: forniamo l'indirizzo di restituzione e le istruzioni per l'etichettatura della spedizione. Se non segui le nostre istruzioni, non possiamo rimborsarti.

Passaggio 4: spedisci l'articolo a tue spese. Non copriamo il costo della spedizione di ritorno né forniamo etichette prepagate. Si prega di stampare l'e-mail di conferma dell'ordine e di includerla nel pacco di reso.

Passaggio 5: informaci via e-mail che hai inviato il tuo reso e forniscici il tuo numero di tracciamento, se applicabile.
