Is this light dimmable?

If you need dimming, you can buy dimming bulbs yourself.

How tough is the rice paper? Will it rip easily? This pendant would be hung at the top of a stairwell.

The rice paper used in this pendant is designed to be durable and strong. While it's a lightweight material, it holds up well in everyday use. Since you'll be hanging it at the top of a stairwell, there’s no need to worry about it ripping easily under normal conditions. However, like any decorative material, it’s best to handle it with care during installation.
