Quelles températures de couleur sont disponibles ?

3000K (Blanc chaud) pour l'ambiance résidentielle, 4500K (Blanc neutre) pour les cuisines et le commerce de détail, et 6000K (Blanc froid) pour l'éclairage de tâche et galerie. À sélectionner à la caisse — ne peut pas être modifié après l'achat.

La version gradable est-elle compatible avec n'importe quel gradateur mural ?

Non. La version gradable nécessite un gradateur TRIAC (Thyristor). Les gradateurs rotatifs standard ne sont pas compatibles et peuvent causer du scintillement. La version non-gradable fonctionne avec n'importe quel interrupteur mural courant.

Qu'est-ce que l'accent orange à l'intérieur ?

Il s'agit d'une bague acrylique orange montée à l'intérieur de l'ouverture cylindrique. Elle crée un effet visuel de braise chaleureuse au bord de la luminaire lorsqu'elle est allumée, sans affecter le flux lumineux principal ni la température de couleur. Les deux finitions de corps blanc et noir incluent le même accent orange.

Quelle taille de découpe au plafond est requise ?

Le corps de la luminaire mesure ∅10 cm. Veuillez consulter le guide d'installation pour le diamètre exact de la découpe et la profondeur minimale du plafond avant de découper. L'installation professionnelle par un électricien agréé est recommandée.

Utilise-t-il une ampoule remplaçable ?

Non. La source lumineuse est un module LED intégré — aucune ampoule à acheter ou remplacer.
