What is the shade or body made of?

The frame is stainless steel with teardrop crystals hanging from it. There is no solid shade—light spreads in all directions through the wire structure, and the crystals catch and scatter the glow.

Can I dim this fixture?

Yes. Triac dimming is available as a build option when you order, so you can dial the brightness up or down with a compatible dimmer switch.

Can I change the cord or drop length?

Yes. We build this to your ceiling height. Provide your room measurements and we'll size the cables so it hangs at the right distance from your ceiling—no field adjustments needed after arrival.

Can this go on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

The standard canopy suits a flat ceiling. We can build a custom canopy for a sloped or vaulted pitch—just tell us the angle before you order, and contact our support team at support@vakkerlight.com to arrange it.

Does this run on US household power?

Yes. It is hardwired to your ceiling electrical box (an electrician makes the connection), and runs on standard US voltage (110–240V AC).

Is this approved for US use and do you ship here?

Yes to both. We ship free to all 50 states. The fixture is certified for North America.

¿De qué material está hecha la pantalla o el cuerpo?

El marco es de acero inoxidable con cristales en forma de gota colgando de él. No hay pantalla sólida—la luz se dispersa en todas las direcciones a través de la estructura de alambre, y los cristales capturan y dispersan el brillo.

¿Puedo regular esta lámpara?

Sí. El atenuador Triac está disponible como opción de fabricación al realizar tu pedido, para que puedas ajustar el brillo hacia arriba o hacia abajo con un interruptor atenuador compatible.

¿Puedo cambiar el cordón o la longitud de caída?

Sí. Fabricamos esto según la altura de tu techo. Proporciona las medidas de tu espacio y ajustaremos los cables para que cuelgue a la distancia correcta del techo—sin ajustes necesarios después de la llegada.

¿Se puede instalar en un techo inclinado o abovedado?

El dosel estándar se adapta a un techo plano. Podemos fabricar un dosel personalizado para un techo inclinado o abovedado—simplemente indícanos el ángulo antes de realizar tu pedido y contacta a nuestro equipo de soporte en support@vakkerlight.com para coordinarlo.

¿Funciona con corriente eléctrica estándar de EE. UU.?

Sí. Se conecta directamente a su caja de conexiones eléctrica del techo (un electricista realiza la instalación), y funciona con voltaje estándar estadounidense (110–240V AC).

¿Está aprobada para uso en EE.UU. y realizan envíos aquí?

Sí, a ambas. Enviamos gratis a los 50 estados. La luminaria está certificada para América del Norte.

This was a complete beauty. Looks more expensive . I absolutely love it. Everything worked. I will send picks, prepare to spend at least 6 hours on this project.

beautiful and quality

I LOVE my new chandelier! Everyone who has come to my home has commented on how beautiful it is! I had an electrician install the light, and I hung all of the crystals. Very time comsuming, but not difficult! The instructions were well done and easy to read. The quality is fantastic and even my electrician commented on what a beautiful and quality chandelier I had purchased. I am so happy with it!

The chandelier is absolutely stunning. Installing it wasn't too difficult but did take some time. They also included a few extra pieces, which was fortunate because some arrived cracked. Overall, it was a great purchase. I hired someone to mount the chandelier and handled the crystals myself.

Great chandelier !

I love this chandelier! It arrived on time with good packaging. It's super pretty. The only drawback was the use of vague black and white pictures for hanging and connecting the crystals, which was a bit confusing at first. Once I figured it out, though, it was smooth sailing!

Setting up the light is straightforward, although there are numerous pieces and parts to assemble. Some of the components are a bit challenging to put together. However, once installed, the light transforms the room and area into a truly elegant space.
