Can I dim this fixture?

Yes. Order the Triac warm-dimming version and pair it with a standard Triac dimmer wall switch (sold separately) for smooth brightness control.

What light does it throw and where does it work?

Light emits from underneath the disk as a halo, casting soft glow outward and downward. Ideal above vanities, beside mirrors, over console tables, or in hallways.

What does installation require?

Hardwired connection to a wall or ceiling junction box by a licensed electrician. No plug-in or battery option. Standard US household wiring.

Does it work on US power and is shipping included?

Yes. Operates on AC 110–240V standard US household current. All US orders ship free to all 50 states.

Eine schlanke Metalldisk, die an Wand oder Decke montiert wird – die Gossa strahlt Licht in einem Halo-Ring von unten aus. Sie ist in zwei Durchmessern erhältlich – 28 cm (11″) bei 10W und 38 cm (15″) bei 15W – in Messing, Weiß oder Schwarz sowie in Warmweiß, Neutralweiß oder Kaltweiß.

Kann ich diese Leuchte dimmen?

Ja. Bestellen Sie die Triac-Warmton-Dimmversion und kombinieren Sie sie mit einem Standard-Triac-Dimmschalter (separat erhältlich) für sanfte Helligkeitsregelung.

Welche Lichtwirkung hat sie und wo funktioniert sie?

Das Licht strahlt unter der Scheibe als Lichtkranz aus und wirft ein weiches Glühen nach außen und unten. Ideal über Waschtischen, neben Spiegeln, über Konsolentischen oder in Fluren.

Was ist für die Installation erforderlich?

Festverdrahtete Verbindung zu einer Wand- oder Deckenverteilerdose durch einen zugelassenen Elektroinstallateur. Keine Stecker- oder Batterievariante. Standard-Haushaltsverkabelung.

We installed it in the dining room as a wall lamp, and it complements the chandelier perfectly.

The dimmable option was worth it. At night we keep it low and it gives that soft ambient glow.

Hi, I wan't to use it with a dimmer. What is the range in kelvin of the warm dimming version ? My ceiling "sunset" warm dimming pot lights are from 3k to 2k.

Does this fixture get hot to the touch? Looking to install in a children’s area that could be in reach of small hands.

Thank you for your question. The Gossa Wall Lamp does not get hot to the touch during normal use.

However, we recommend installing it out of reach of small children. The lamp body is a flat circular panel, and while it’s safe temperature-wise, accidental contact could cause minor scratches.
