Jede Kuppel wird einzeln mundgeblasen, geschnitten und poliert – leichte Abweichungen sind ein natürliches Merkmal von handwerklich hergestelltem Glas.

Mundgeblasenes Glas – natürliche Abweichungen sind zu erwarten

Jede Kuppel wird einzeln mundgeblasen, geschnitten und poliert. Aufgrund der natürlichen Zerbrechlichkeit von Glas können leichte Oberflächenabweichungen, minimale Unebenheiten oder unebene Kanten auftreten. Anders als Metall lässt sich Glas nicht vollkommen einheitlich herstellen – diese Merkmale sind ein Kennzeichen echter Handwerkskunst, kein Mangel.
