The Lattore Slatted Outdoor Lantern wraps a column of milky white acrylic in fine horizontal slats of black stainless steel, set on a solid square base. The slats curve gently outward at the middle, so the lantern has a soft, barrel-like profile, and at night the light glows through the gaps in warm, even bands. Rated IP65 for year-round outdoor use, it stands 30.7″ tall on steps, porches, patios, garden paths and beside front doors. Choose a hardwired version for steady everyday light, or a solar version that charges by day and switches on by itself at dusk.

- Hardwired version: turn off power before installing and use a licensed electrician; seal all connections in a weatherproof junction box.
- Solar version: place it where the top panel gets direct sun for most of the day. Before first use, let it charge for a full day.
- Stand the lantern on a firm, level surface, or fix the base down in exposed or windy spots.
- Wipe the steel and acrylic with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and pressure washers. The LEDs are built in, so there are no bulbs to change.
Can it stay outside in rain?
Yes. It is rated IP65, so it is protected against dust and rain all year round. Just don’t submerge it in standing water.
Should I choose hardwired or solar?
Choose hardwired if you already have outdoor power and want steady light all night, every night. Choose solar for easy, wire-free setup: it charges by day and turns on by itself at dusk, giving about 6–8 hours of light after a full day of sun.
How big is it?
It measures L 8.3″ x W 8.3″ x H 30.7″ (L 21cm x W 21cm x H 78cm), tall enough to light steps and path edges on its own.
How bright is the solar version?
The solar version gives a soft accent glow, ideal for marking steps, paths and entrances rather than lighting a whole area. For brighter, steady light, choose the hardwired version.
Will the finish rust?
The frame is black stainless steel, made to resist rust outdoors. Wipe it down occasionally, especially near pools or the coast, to keep it looking its best.
