Every piece is made to order in our own atelier — here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs.

What sizes does the Arboris come in?+

Two options: ∅ 15.7″ x H 2.8″ or ∅ 19.7″ x H 2.8″. The smaller size suits tight hallways and bedrooms; the larger works well for living rooms and kitchens. Custom sizing available upon inquiry to our atelier.

Which finish should I choose—Wood, Walnut, or Black?+

Wood Color and Walnut Color echo natural wood tones and warm mid-century interiors. Black offers a modern contrast. All pair with the frosted white acrylic diffuser. Match to your existing furniture and décor style.

How is the Arboris installed?+

Hardwired direct to ceiling. Connects to a standard wall switch (not included). Professional installation recommended. Installation details and 3D files available in product resources.

How do I clean the frosted diffuser?+

Gently wipe the frosted acrylic with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Turn off power before cleaning to ensure safety.

What color temperature does it produce?+

Warm Light (3000K) standard. Neutral (4000K) and Cool (6000K) options available as made-to-order selections from our atelier.
