A swing-arm wall sconce with a small cone shade and a discreet pull-cord switch — finished in glossy painted iron across the shade, arm, and slim baseplate. The articulated arm extends in two segments (30 + 20 cm), so the cone can sit close against the wall or reach about 20″ (50 cm) into the room as a directional reading light beside a bed, sofa, or armchair. ∅ 25 cm shade, hardwired to a standard junction box behind a 6 × 25 cm rectangular baseplate. Available in four colors: Cherry Red, Pomegranate Red, Tangerine Orange, or Matte Black. One E27 socket; bulb sold separately.
Two-segment swing arm
30 + 20 cm articulated arm — fold flat against the wall or swing out to about 50 cm reach.
Cone shade + pull cord
Compact cone with a thin pull-cord switch hanging from the side — no wall switch required.
Painted iron, four colors
Glossy enamel finish across the shade, arm, and baseplate — uniform color, durable, easy to wipe.
Cherry Red and Pomegranate Red are two distinct SKUs — Cherry leans brighter and more tomato-like, Pomegranate leans deeper and more burgundy. Swatches are digital approximations; actual painted iron may shift slightly with lighting and your screen.
E27 bulb sold separately
The cone shade hides one standard E27 (Edison screw) socket. The bulb is not included so you can match your preferred color temperature. We recommend a warm-white LED at 2700–3000K, around 400–600 lumens for a reading-light feel, in a standard A-shape bulb up to 40W equivalent. The cone directs light downward, so a small omnidirectional bulb works well — a globe or filament-style LED is visible from below and looks good unlit.
Two-segment articulated arm — fold flat or reach out
The arm is built from two segments — a 30 cm inner section hinged at the baseplate, and a 20 cm outer section hinged where the cone attaches. Each joint pivots independently, so the shade can rest close to the wall, swing out to about 50 cm reach, or angle in any direction along the wall. The joints hold their position by friction; adjust by hand, let go, and the arm stays where you put it. Don't force past the natural travel range.
Pull-cord on the shade — no wall switch required
A thin braided pull-cord hangs from the side of the cone shade. A short tug turns the lamp on; another tug turns it off. Useful when the lamp is mounted in a spot without convenient wall-switch wiring — beside a bed, in a hallway alcove, or in a guest room. The pull-cord operates independently of the swing arm position, so brightness control stays at the cone wherever you swing it.
Glossy painted iron, uniform per SKU
Each sconce is welded from iron tubing and sheet, then finished in glossy enamel paint — the shade, arm, and baseplate all wear the same color. The paint is durable in normal use but can chip if knocked hard against a wall or doorway during install. Small chips can be touched up with matching enamel paint from a hardware store. For project quantities or a custom color (single piece minimum on custom), email us before ordering.

- Hardwired to a standard wall junction box behind the baseplate — we recommend a licensed electrician for installation.
- Plan the mount height so the pull-cord hangs within easy reach when seated or standing where the sconce will be used (typically 130–150 cm from the floor for a bedside or armchair sconce).
- Allow clearance for the swing arm: about 50 cm out from the wall at maximum reach, plus the cone's 25 cm diameter at the tip. Don't install in a tight corner where the arm can't extend.
- Unpack carefully — the painted enamel finish is durable but can chip if knocked against a wall corner or doorway during install. Lift the sconce by the baseplate or the arm hinge, not by the shade or the pull-cord.
- Install one E27 bulb up to 40W equivalent — a warm-white LED at 2700–3000K, 400–600 lumens, suits the reading-light use. Do not exceed the rated wattage.
- Indoor dry locations only — not rated for bathrooms, kitchens with steam exposure, covered porches, or outdoor use.
- Adjust the two arm segments by hand. The hinges hold position through friction; gentle adjustment is all the lamp asks for. Don't force the arm past its natural travel range — that can loosen the joints over time.
- Wipe the painted finish with a soft, dry cloth as needed. The pull-cord can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth and dried promptly. For paint chips, touch up with a matching enamel paint from a hardware store.
How does the swing arm work?
The arm has two segments — a 30 cm inner section hinged at the wall baseplate, and a 20 cm outer section hinged where the cone attaches. Each joint pivots independently, so you can fold the arm flat against the wall (about 25 cm projection), swing it out fully (about 50 cm reach), or fold it at any angle in between. The hinges hold their position by friction — adjust by hand, let go, and the arm stays put. Don't force past the natural travel range.
What bulb does it use and is it included?
One standard E27 (Edison screw) socket. The bulb is not included so you can choose your preferred color temperature. We recommend a warm-white LED at 2700–3000K, around 400–600 lumens, in a standard A-shape bulb up to 40W equivalent. The cone directs light downward, so a small clear-glass filament or globe LED looks attractive seen from below when the lamp is on.
How does the pull-cord switch work?
A thin braided cord hangs from the side of the cone shade. A short tug turns the lamp on; another tug turns it off. The cord operates the lamp directly, independently of any wall switch. Useful when the sconce mounts where there's no convenient wall-switch wiring — beside a bed, in a hallway alcove, or in a guest room. Plan the mount height so the cord hangs within easy reach (130–150 cm from the floor for a bedside or armchair use).
What's the difference between Cherry Red and Pomegranate Red?
They're two separate SKUs in two distinct shades of red. Cherry Red reads brighter and more tomato-like — punchy, almost vermilion. Pomegranate Red reads deeper and more burgundy — warmer, almost wine-toned. If you want a sconce that pops against a white wall, choose Cherry. If you want something that settles into a warmer color scheme (terracotta, oxblood, leather furniture), choose Pomegranate. The two reds are noticeably different in person.
What is the warranty?
The sconce carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the wiring, socket, switch, joints, and painted finish under normal indoor use. Email support with your order number if anything arrives damaged or fails in normal use. Minor lot-to-lot variation in enamel tone, small chips from impact, and damage from forcing the arm past its travel range are not covered.
If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers.
