Took 5 weeks for delivery to NYC but they’re worth the wait! High quality, very beautiful lamps.

The sconces are beautiful, with a soft warm light behind the alabaster, and look beautiful hanging on the wall. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I have purchased 3 of Vakker's products. You will be very happy with the finished product, as they are quality. They are very heavy duty, well built products. One thing I do suggest doing is make sure you have a big enough junction box because these units all have an LED driver on them that take up a lot of space and may not fit in some shallow boxes, forcing you to having to add a mount to the existing box. Also, the warm light is not very warm at all. So, I suggest getting the dimmable version, as you'll be in for a bright awakening... Also, shipping takes forever, so don't get in a rush. We waited 3 months for lights and none of them shipped together. I would give 5 stars, but you are there are some caveats to this "cheaper" price.

Just put up the larger size of this light fixture, (Charles Edward Ceiling Lamp,) it looks stunning! It makes a beautiful statement piece for my bathroom. High quality, fast shipping & a recommendation for everyone to purchase. Glass is thick & it was an easy install for my husband. Note: we have new construction & had contractor but a “light box” in ceiling to hold a lot of weight. Did not want anything to happen to this gorgeous light shade!

Put these in my powder room remodel. They are so different than anything else, and I searched for a long time. Got the warm light option and unlike my pics, they are soft and warm bulbs. The white is more of a light ivory finish and the matte finish is really nice too.

Every so often, and rarely I might add, I happen across a lamp design that is so thoroughly unique, I simply _do not know_ what it is I'm looking at! And _that_ is a wonderful experience. As a lamp designer with 35 years in the industry, it's terribly exciting to discover something so new. And the "Vakkerlight" is such a lamp design.
The body of the lamp is paired down to an elegantly proportioned, minimalist sculpture. The payday here, that is, the "King" of this design effort is the mysterious and evocative refracted light that spills out and across the wall like satin fabric. The design itself, that is, the body of the lamp, is a perfect example of "form following function"- Nothing extraneous. Nothing ornamental. Nothing that isn't absolutely critical to accomplishing it's task.
The lamp body, the lens and wall support is designed exclusively for the service of it's refracted light. The form of this evocative illumination op 9 is more like that of fabric- ethereal and somewhat otherworldly. Folds of overlapping illumination that can take innumerable forms.
This is an exceptional lamp design that truly stands out in a very, very crowded field.
It would appear most comfortable in a minimalist, contemporary environment. But because if it's simplicity, it would be enormously flexible. The "Vakkerlight" could be specified for many applications - residential, commercial, hospitality, liturgical and resort.

A genuine beauty of a design!

Most importantly, the quality of the glass cylinders is IMPRESSIVE, and the lighting cylinder adjusts smoothly with a LED triac type dimmer. The polished end caps are metal of quality with no oil canning!
The base metal is folded on the sides to make the rectangle (with open corners) and i was concerned that might be noticeable. Once installed it was not an issue visually.
Altogether well crafted, engineered and a super price to quality relationship. It is an impressive fixture and adds elegance to where it is prominently viewed in this installation.
I will be a repeat customer on this item, and encouraged to test drive their other products.

It took approx 60 days to arrive, and arrived in two shipments, which was initially confusing. Miya was very helpful to get me accurate (curt) responses and clarify so I didn't stress the order wouldn't arrive.
The unit also had a one pager of no real instructions, which was fine for me, but i expect could be challenging to someone with less construction experience. Note to installer: the unit base on the ceiling dictates the exact alignment of the hanging unit, so you want to double confirm the lighting unit is square to the room before you add the glass pieces on!

This cute little light is great for our small dining area. Easy to install. Packaged very securely. Doesn’t give off a ton of light but perfect for our space. Now I want it in other colors, too!

It took a few weeks to arrive, but did so safely — the packaging was very thorough. Electrician installed the LED light easily. The warm light setting is still pretty bright. In retrospect, we could have gone with the dimmable version. We ordered the larger size. No complaints so far. Gets lots of compliments.
