The Plissa is a pleated table lamp built entirely from crisp, knife-pleated fabric — a natural ecru cylindrical body topped with a cobalt-blue pleated drum shade. The fine vertical folds catch light and shadow for a soft, textured, contemporary look, and glow gently when lit. At 11.8″ wide and 23.6″ tall, it's a fresh, sculptural accent for a console, a nightstand, a desk, or a side table.

- Place it on a level, stable surface; handle the pleated body gently to keep the folds crisp.

- Dust the pleats with a soft brush or a low-suction vacuum; avoid wetting the fabric, which can flatten the pleats.
- Pleated fabric can relax slightly over time; store and transport it upright to protect the folds.
What bulb does the Plissa use, and will US bulbs fit?
It takes one E27 bulb — the large Edison screw. US E26 bulbs thread into E27 and run on 120V, so standard US bulbs work fine. A warm-white (2700K) LED keeps the cobalt and ecru tones soft and inviting.
Is it fabric or paper?
It's pleated fabric, both the body and the shade — the crisp folds can look paper-like, but it's a knife-pleated textile. The pleats diffuse the light into a soft, even glow and give the lamp its sculptural texture.
How big is it, and where does it fit?
It's 11.8″ wide and 23.6″ tall — a slim, upright lamp. It suits a console, a nightstand, a desk, or a side table, and the cobalt shade makes it a good accent against neutral or wood furniture.
How do I care for the pleated fabric?
Dust the pleats with a soft brush or low-suction vacuum, working along the folds. Avoid wetting the fabric or pressing the pleats flat; keep it upright in storage and transport so the knife-pleats stay crisp.
What is the warranty and support?
2-year warranty on the wiring and fittings; the pleated fabric is covered against manufacturing defects, with normal relaxing of the pleats over time excluded. Bulbs are consumable and not covered, but they're inexpensive E27/E26 replacements. Email support replies within one business day.
