How do I clean the natural jute rope?
To maintain the organic texture, use a dry feather duster, a clean lint roller, or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment on a low setting. Never use water or liquid chemical cleaners, as they can damage or discolor the natural fibers.
Can I install this on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Yes. Because the pendant is suspended by a flexible cable attached to the ceiling canopy, it will naturally hang perfectly level even when mounted on a sloped or vaulted ceiling.
Is this fixture dimmable?
Yes. The pendant supports dimming. Simply install a dimmable LED or Edison bulb and connect the fixture to a compatible wall dimmer switch to easily adjust the warmth and brightness of your space.
Is it suitable for outdoor or bathroom use?
This fixture is IP20 Damp-rated, making it suitable for well-ventilated indoor environments. However, because it is made of natural jute fibers, it should not be exposed to direct moisture, heavy steam, or outdoor weather conditions.
