Which size should I choose?

Match the length to your space: 10–12 bulbs for kitchen islands and 6–8 seat dining tables, 15–18 bulbs for long tables and great rooms, 28 bulbs for two-story foyers and restaurants, and the 30- and 71-bulb clusters for hotel lobbies, atriums and ballrooms.

Are the leaves real porcelain?

Yes. Each leaf is porcelain, so shape, surface texture and translucency vary slightly from leaf to leaf — this gives the chandelier its sculptural depth.

Are glue marks visible on the leaves?

Slight glue marks at the leaf-to-branch joints are normal; they bond each porcelain leaf securely to its branch. From normal viewing distance, the joints blend into the silhouette.

How do I install the branches and leaves?

The branches ship folded to protect the porcelain. After hanging the frame, gently fan out each outer branch by hand to its full position, then attach the leaves. A licensed electrician is recommended, and the large sizes need two or more installers.

Can I order a custom finish or size?

Yes. Chrome, Copper or Black bodies and Gold or Silver leaves are available on request, as are custom sizes between the standard scales. Email support@vakkerlight.com for a quote.

Step 1: Sculpting and carving the ceramic ginkgo leaf form

Step 2: Mold making for consistent leaf production

Step 4: Grinding, polishing and finishing the ceramic leaf

We absolutely love these light fixtures. We replaced old lights in a foyer and one in a small bathroom in our mid century ranch with these and they look fabulous! We installed a dimmer switch that works very well with the light.

Can this fixture be dimmable? Dimmable bulbs?

Vakkerlight

The test light bulbs we provide by default do not support dimming. If you require a dimmable light fixture, you can purchase dimmable light bulbs locally or on Amazon.

Does this come assembled or does it have to be assembled

Vakkerlight

To prevent shipping damage, the light is shipped disassembled. Once you receive the package, you will need to install it yourself.
If you have any questions during installation, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We can provide detailed installation instructions or a step-by-step video to guide you.

They noticed that I'd mistakenly chosen the wrong kind of plug, and let me know by email immediately. I responded and was assured they'd made the correction. In an environment where customers often feel angry and frustrated, this is a different kind of customer service! I look forward to receiving my lamp!
