They noticed that I'd mistakenly chosen the wrong kind of plug, and let me know by email immediately. I responded and was assured they'd made the correction. In an environment where customers often feel angry and frustrated, this is a different kind of customer service! I look forward to receiving my lamp!

Really happy!

The amber lampshade emits a warm and comfortable atmosphere without being glaring.

Looks just like pic

I hung it above my desk, and I'm very happy with it.

Good but cable's stiff

I really like how straightforward the wiring was. The instructions were clear, and all mounting hardware was included.

Perfect for my space

The chrome finish matches all my other furniture.

Super easy install

My husband hung it up in just 15 minutes, and the effect is fantastic.

Perfect vibe

Love the saucer dome shape! It adds a touch of retro charm to our home bar without feeling dated.

Warm glow

Perfect size for hanging over a small bistro table. It's subtle yet makes a stylish statement. I'd buy it again.

Amber shade is darker

Arrived very wellpackaged with no scratches on the glass. Installation took less than 20 minutes from start to finish.

Love it

We bought three of these for our kitchen island, and they look fantastic lined up together. Very satisfied with the quality.

Perfect for his office!

I'm very satisfied with this pendant light! The amber glass gives off such a warm, retro mood over our kitchen island.
