A plug-in alabaster wall sconce in solid brass — no hardwiring, junction box, or electrician needed. The hand-carved alabaster shade (∅ 3.9″) softens an E14 bulb into a warm glow, and an 8′ braided cloth cord with an inline on/off switch plugs into any standard wall outlet. It mounts with two screws, so rental walls and finished drywall are no problem. Sized for bedside tables, reading nooks, hallways, and vanity mirrors.

- Mount within reach of the 8′ cord; route it down to the outlet or hide it with a paintable cord cover. The inline switch sits on the cord — add a smart plug for app or voice control.

Does this plug-in wall sconce need hardwiring or an electrician?
No. It mounts with two screws and plugs into any standard outlet — no junction box, no exposed wiring, no electrician. That makes it renter-friendly and easy to reposition.
How long is the cord and where should I mount the sconce?
The braided cord is 8′ (about 2.4 m). Mount the sconce within that distance of an outlet. The cord can hang freely or tuck into a paintable cord channel for a built-in look.
Can I get a different metal finish or order a matching pair?
Yes. Choose Brass or Blackened Brass, both with a white alabaster shade. Buying two for matching nightstands or need a hardwired version instead? Email us before ordering.
What bulb does it use and is it bright enough for a bedside light?
One E14 bulb — LED or Edison, around 12W (not included). That suits bedside reading, accent, and ambient light. A 2700K warm-white LED gives a soft glow that flatters the stone.
What's the warranty and what if a part fails?
The fixture, cord, and switch carry a 2-year warranty. E14 bulbs are standard replaceable parts from any hardware store. Email support replies within one business day at hello@vakkerlight.com.
