All of our products are in solid brass or are plated by dedicated artisans conscientious and knowledgeable in its craft. Copper and brass has a natural reaction of oxidizing when exposed to air giving it character and depth. Our products may develop a patina over time which is the natural and intentional process of our handmade products, not a manufacturing defect. We have applied a protective layer to our products to slow the oxidizing process. Should you remove the protective layer, we cannot be held responsible for the increase in copper oxidation. Do not try to take off the oxidation on the copper.
All of our products are decorative objects crafted by dedicated artisans. They are intended for indoor use only. We recommend keeping them in a dry place at indoor temperature. We recommend that the products be gently cleaned with a damp cloth. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning, the use of cleaning products or by improper use.
