About the linen — natural variation is a feature, not a fault
The lampshade is made from genuine natural linen. A warm-white LED (2700–3000 K) is recommended — the linen shade absorbs and softens the light naturally, and a warm tone best complements the fabric’s ivory character. Does this lamp need to be hardwired?
No. The Heron Glowing Table Lamp is plug-in with a 59″ (150 cm) cord and an inline on/off switch. Simply place it on any surface and plug into a standard wall outlet — no installation or electrician required.

The shade is made from genuine natural linen. Subtle thread color variations, occasional darker fibers, and slight weave irregularities are inherent characteristics of authentic natural fiber — not defects. They confirm the material is real and give each lamp a distinct, handcrafted character.
What bulb type does the Heron Glowing Table Lamp use?
It accepts E26 (US/Canada) or E27 (EU/Australia) base bulbs, compatible with both LED and Edison filament bulbs. Bulbs are not included. A warm-white LED at 2700–3000 K is recommended for the best result with the linen shade.
