A sculptural acoustic pendant light whose fluted, petal-like dome is built from stacked layers of sound-absorbing PET felt — the form softens echo and noise while it lights the room. - Voltage: built for AC 220–240V. Confirm a 120V or 110–240V version before installing in North America.
- Integrated 15W LED — no bulb to buy. The LED is not user-replaceable, so it is covered by warranty rather than bulb swaps.
- Over a table or island, hang the lowest point about 30–36″ above the surface on a standard 8-ft ceiling; the deeper dome looks best with a little extra ceiling height.
- Acoustic note: one pendant absorbs sound locally; for a whole echoey room, group several or combine with other soft surfaces. The effect is strongest in hard-surfaced spaces.
- PET felt care: dust or vacuum gently on low suction between the layers. Avoid water and chemical cleaners, which can harm the felt and its sound absorption. Felt color may vary slightly by batch.
Does the layered felt really reduce noise?
Yes. PET felt is porous, so the stacked layers trap sound waves and reflect less back into the room, cutting echo and reverberation. One pendant helps locally; group several over a long table or large room for more effect, especially in hard-surfaced spaces.
Is a bulb needed, and can it dim?
No bulb needed — a 15W LED is built in and glows softly through the felt. It is not specified as dimmable, so confirm compatibility before wiring it to a dimmer.
Which size and color should I pick?
Two sizes: 13.8″ wide (10.2″ tall) for an entry, breakfast table, or single feature, and 19.7″ wide (15″ tall) for a dining table, island, or open-plan space. Seven felt colors are available, from dark gray and light gray to sky blue, apple green, red, dark brown, and tangerine.
