That depends on how many ceramic flowers you want lit. Each flower head holds one bulb. The fixture is designed to accommodate multiple blooms across the branches, so you'll need enough bulbs to fill the heads you see in the photos.

Can I install this myself or do I need an electrician?

You need a licensed electrician. This fixture requires hardwiring to your home's electrical system and a ceiling box rated for its weight. DIY hanging can create safety hazards.

What's the actual footprint I need above my table?
