Metal, iron, and aluminum. The frame is black. Each head is a separate socket that rotates and adjusts independently.

Can I dim this chandelier?

Yes. Pair it with a dimmer-compatible bulb and a standard wall dimmer (not included). Triac dimming is available as a build-to-order feature—contact support@vakkerlight.com for details.

Can I change the hanging height or cord length?

The standard cable is 59″ and adjustable at install. Longer drops and custom lengths are available; contact support@vakkerlight.com to request a modified setup.

Will Dear Ingo work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

Yes. A custom canopy can be built to fit your ceiling angle. Reach out to support@vakkerlight.com with your ceiling details and we'll provide a quote.

Will this work with US household power? Do I need a converter?

No converter needed. Dear Ingo operates on AC 110–240V and is approved for North America. US orders ship free to all 50 states. An electrician will hardwire it to your ceiling box.

Dear Ingo est un lustre suspendu au plafond avec des bras articulés et des têtes pivotantes qui tournent et s'orientent dans n'importe quelle direction. I almost never write reviews, but this time I had to! This chandelier is absolutely stunning and perfectly complements our home decor. The quality is excellent, and our electrician installed it in just a few minutes. By the way, our ceiling height is 9 feet (about 2.7 meters); while I would have preferred it to be a little closer to the ceiling, overall, it's still a fantastic addition to our home.
